Sid, President & Co-FounderSid is a lifelong entrepreneur with a passion for building brands where people gather—America’s busiest malls. He began his career in women’s retail and wireless stores, developing a deep understanding of mall operations and forging strong relationships with top retail landlords. With a degree in Finance from Hofstra University and an MBA from Pace University, Sid combines financial know-how with hands-on retail experience. In 2020, he co-founded Dream Foods USA and opened the company’s first food franchise at American Dream Mall. Since then, he’s led its rapid expansion to over 30 locations across five national brands, always focused on creating high-quality, high-traffic food experiences.

Mani, Vice President & Co-FounderMani brings a tech-forward, analytical approach to the world of food service. Maninder has a deep background in systems design, data analytics, and project execution. At Dream Foods USA, he’s used that expertise to build the operational backbone of the company—designing the systems, processes, and structure that have allowed it to scale quickly and sustainably across multiple brands and locations.

Adriana Kamjoo, Head of Real Estate & Business DevelopmentAdriana Kamjoo is a seasoned real estate executive with extensive experience in the food, beverage, and hospitality sectors. She joins Dream Foods USA as Head of Real Estate & Development, where she is responsible for driving national expansion, overseeing site strategy, deal execution, and strategic landlord partnerships to support long-term growth. Adriana studied Real Estate Development at the University of Southern California and began her career at Westfield, gaining a strong foundation in retail leasing and development. She later served as Leasing Director at American Dream, a 3.3-million-square-foot retail and entertainment destination, where she oversaw the entire food and beverage leasing strategy, securing best-in-class operators and helping shape one of the most dynamic dining programs in the country. Most recently, she has been leading U.S. real estate and business development for a global café brand, spearheading its entry into the American market. Adriana is known for her strategic approach to market growth, her ability to negotiate with top-tier landlords, and her talent for aligning international brands with local market dynamics.
