Sid Kapur, President & Co-Founder
Sid is a lifelong entrepreneur with a passion for building brands where people gather—America’s busiest malls. He began his career in women’s retail and wireless stores, developing a deep understanding of mall operations and forging strong relationships with top retail landlords. With a degree in Finance from Hofstra University and an MBA from Pace University, Sid combines financial know-how with hands-on retail experience. In 2020, he co-founded Dream Foods USA and opened the company’s first food franchise at American Dream Mall. Since then, he’s led its rapid expansion to over 20 locations across five national brands, always focused on creating high-quality, high-traffic food experiences.

Maninder Parhar, Vice President & Co-FounderMani brings a tech-forward, analytical approach to the world of food service. Before co-founding Dream Foods USA, he spent over a decade in healthcare technology, most recently serving as Director of Clinical Applications at one of New York’s largest health systems. There, he led complex, multimillion-dollar projects and managed cross-functional teams across departments. With a degree in Information Technology from Baruch College, Maninder has a deep background in systems design, data analytics, and project execution. At Dream Foods USA, he’s used that expertise to build the operational backbone of the company—designing the systems, processes, and structure that have allowed it to scale quickly and sustainably across multiple brands and locations.
